It Ends With Us (Colleen Hoover)
I came across this book by chance, and I am glad I did. This book is not just a love story, with a protagonist and her husband, and her ex-boyfriend, but a story revolving around violence and abuse.
This book talks about the protagonist’s struggle with witnessing violence in her home and then her life. It talks about the cycle of repetitive violence in marriages and how our own conscience may prevent us from taking a step for ourselves.
It is about self-love, and love in general.
It is a beautiful story about how social support in unexpected ways can help us survive and grow!
After this I read this book, Colleen Hoover became my most favorite author and go-to author for new books!
