Anyone and everyone needs therapy. If you feel there are some issues you are finding difficult to deal with, then therapy is for you. You need not have “severe symptoms” in order to think about therapy. Actually if you start your journey in the beginning of your concerns, you can prevent your mental health from getting deteriorated early.
Therapy is a journey. You can not get complete relief in a couple of sessions. Usually 1-2 months are needed to realise any movement towards your goals. It also depends on your efforts and regularity along with the severity of your concerns.
Each session is of 50 minutes duration. The frequency of the sessions depend on the concerns you are facing. We usually recommend 1 session each week in the beginning, and then gradually increasing the time between sessions when you start feeling better. However, if you want, you can let us know your desired frequency of sessions and we can discuss upon it during the sessions.

Yes, a lot of psychologists have shifted to online mode post COVID-19. It is equally effective if you have a stable internet connection. However, if you want to have a face to face session, we are available for the same on appointment.
